The next rotation of bombers to boost Pacific region security and stability has arrived at Andersen AFB, Guam. A force of six B-52s with aircrews, maintainers, and support staff from the 5th Bomb Wing at Minot AFB, N.D., will make their home at Andersen for the next four months. They are replacing the just departed B-2s from Whiteman AFB, Mo. The Air Force is maintaining regular rotations to Andersen of fighters and bombers.
The Space Force should take bold, decisive steps—and soon—to develop the capabilities and architecture needed to support more flexible, dynamic operations in orbit and counter Chinese aggression and technological progress, according to a new report from AFA’s Mitchell Institute for Aerospace Studies.
