Air Combat Command announced the recovery and identification of the remains of Army Air Corps pilot, 1st Lt. Robert L. McIntosh, who went missing after his P-38 crashed in bad weather over Italy in 1944. McIntosh was a decorated pilot who flew missions over three continents during more than two years of service.
