Regan-omics

CMSgt. Lorraine Regan has been appointed as special assistant for Total Force enlisted issues for the Total Force Continuum, the follow-on effort to the Air Force’s Total Force Task Force. In this newly established Active Duty position, Regan will serve as the lead enlisted voice, shaping issues for the TF-C and acting as a liaison between the field, Air Force headquarters, the Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserve, according to a Jan. 14 release. She will be instrumental in developing strategies to meet current and future Air Force requirements, ensuring that enlisted issues are integrated into Total Force planning processes for areas like force structure, resource management, training, and mobilizations and utilization of the reserve components, states the release. “My main goal is to ensure that the enlisted perspective across the Total Force board is a part of the integration and planning process, and that it is a big factor of consideration,” said Regan, who, as a member of the Air Guard, has been the chief enlisted manager of the National Guard Bureau’s manpower, personnel, and service organization since August 2011.
