A gunman killed two airmen and wounded two other airmen in an incident Wednesday at Frankfurt International Airport in Frankfurt, Germany, US Air Forces in Europe officials announced. The Air Force is withholding the names of the deceased pending notification of their families. German authorities have the shooter in custody and are investing the incident. Associated Press reports that the gunman, allegedly a 21-year-old man from Kosovo, fired at the airmen as they were on a military bus sitting outside an airport terminal.
F-15E Aviator Missing in Iran Rescued by US Forces

The second crew member of the Air Force F-15E shot down April 3 has been rescued from Iran. U.S. forces recovered the aviator alive and all American forces involved in the operation are believed to be safe, U.S. officials told Air & Space Forces Magazine.
