According to the Rocky Mountain News, the group wants to introduce new information—the experiences of hundreds of military chaplains—into court proceedings. Meanwhile, the Justice Department has entered its own motion, claiming Weinstein has no legal standing to sue the Air Force. As we reported earlier, one of Weinstein’s two sons and three other academy graduates joined him in the lawsuit.
