The Air Force has selected Maj. Gen. Steven L. Kwast to serve as director for the next Air Force Quadrennial Defense Review, according to a Nov. 9 Pentagon release. Kwast currently serves as director of requirements at Air Combat Command, headquartered at JB Langley-Eustis, Va.
