Air Force Reserve Command needs officers and enlisted airmen for some 1,900 authorized full-time Active Guard and Reserve positions, but the command doesn’t want just anyone. Most of the open AGR slots are in the high-demand fields of combat rescue and security forces. They also have openings in intelligence, maintenance, personnel, and space fields. The Air Force has finished modifying and testing the new VC-25B Bridge aircraft that will serve as a temporary Air Force One, the service announced May 1. All that’s left now is to finish painting the jet before it starts flying this summer.
