President George W. Bush is scheduled to give a speech on the war on terror March 27 at the National Museum of the United States Air Force on the grounds of Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The speech will be an invitation-only event and the museum will be closed to the general public for the day. The museum has the world’s largest display of military aviation. The rate of building B-21 bombers would speed up if the fiscal 2026 defense budget passes. But it remains unclear how much capacity would be added, and whether the Air Force would simply build the bombers faster, or buy more.
