Officials of the National Museum of the US Air Force in Dayton, Ohio, say the museum has added a Thor Agena A booster to its Missile and Space Gallery. Among the spacecraft launched via Thor boosters were the once highly classified Corona photo reconnaissance satellites. The Thor is the fifth of 10 vehicles the museum plans to add to its space and missile display.
The successful second flight of Blue Origin’s New Glenn rocket on Nov. 13 from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Fla., also included a first for the company—the launcher’s booster stuck its landing on a barge in the Atlantic Ocean.
