A Bronze to IMA Hogan:
The Air Force has awarded a Bronze Star to Air Force Reserve Command’s Lt. Col. Joe Hogan, an individual mobilization augmentee at the 72nd Security Forces Squadron, Tinker AFB, Okla. The 33-year veteran moved airmen out of the danger area and stayed to man the security post when an enemy rocket struck the Kirkuk AB, Iraq, munitions storage area in June 2004.
Active-Duty Airmen only have a few days left to submit an official waist-to-height ratio into the Air Force’s new online application. But the service clarified July 23 that this first body composition measurement is not meant to be scored as part of the new Physical Fitness Readiness Assessment, or PFRA
