An F-16 from the Wisconsin Air National Guard’s 115th Fighter Wing in Madison crashed Tuesday in central Wisconsin during a routine training flight from Volk Field. The pilot ejected and was safe, said Wisconsin Guard officials. Emergency responders recovered him south of Chester. He was undergoing medical evaluation. The F-16 hit an unoccupied summer cottage, reported the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. There were no reported injuries on the ground, reported Reuters.
