The National Museum of the US Air Force in Dayton, Ohio, received a C-21A aircraft on Wednesday that will go on display there. Our entry in Thursday’s column stated this, but incorrectly referenced the C-27 transport on two occasions instead of the C-21. We’ve revised our original entry to fix those typos.
The last remaining T-1 Jayhawk at JBSA-Randolph, Texas, took its final flight to the "Boneyard" at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz., on July 15. The 99th Flying Training Squadron will train pilots using T-6 and simulator until it gets T-7 Red Hawk in fiscal 2026.
