Certifying the End of C-17 Production

The Pentagon releases an unclassified version of the executive summary of the Mobility Capabilities and Requirements Study 2016, which finds the U.S. has more than enough strategic airlift capability, certifying Pentagon plans to end C-17 production and eliminate some older C-5s.
