The Air Force announces plans to base its MC-12W Liberty intelligence-surveillance- reconnaissance aircraft at Beale AFB, Calif. (The base will receive the first of its planned seven training aircraft June 10, 2011; the bulk of the 37-aircraft fleet are expected to be deployed overseas.)
