A FOA is a Field Operating Agency performing a specialized function reporting to HQ USAF. A Direct Reporting Unit (DRU) reports directly to the Chief of Staff. The Air Force Auxiliary is the Civil Air Patrol. Personnel numbers are for Active duty.
