US Air Force SSgt. Janna E. Less, a security forces airman from the 501st Combat Support Wing, died Saturday. She was stationed at RAF Croughton, United Kingdom, with the 422nd Security Forces Squadron. The cause of death is under investigation, but no further information was released. “We are heartbroken by this tragedy,” said Col. Kevin Cullen, 501st CSW commander. “Our thoughts and prayers are with sergeant Less’ family during this incredibly difficult time.”
Officials at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Fla., said the range is “fully mission capable” to support launches following a major May 28 mishap involving Blue Origin’s New Glenn rocket.
