That’s right. No service is better than the Air Force at taking care of members’ families, says Adm. Mike Mullen, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Speaking to a gathering of students Oct. 28 at Air University on the grounds of Maxwell AFB, Ala., Mullen said support of military families is more critical than ever, and, in that regard, “the Air Force does it better than anybody else.” He also said he was “really impressed” with the quality of the students. “These are our current and future leaders in the Air Force and I am very encouraged by what I saw,” he said.
