The 34th annual convention of the Tuskegee Airmen, Inc. opened this week in Orlando, Fla. Still living are an estimated 200 members of the nearly 1,000 Army Air Force pilots who trained at Tuskegee Army Air Base as fighter pilots in the Second World War.
The Air Force must better explain Agile Combat Employment concepts, align training standards, and address staff shortages to be ready to implement the strategy, according to a new report by the federally funded RAND Corporation.
