According to a recent survey by the Pew Research Center, Iran has overtaken Iraq and China as the country most Americans believe represents the greatest danger to the US. Just three months ago, only nine percent of Americans polled felt that Iran presented a problem. In the latest poll, 27 percent cited Iran as the top danger. The import of Iran’s nuclear program even surpasses that of North Korea, with some 65 percent claiming Iran’s program is a major threat compared to 60 percent with a similar view of North Korean nuclear efforts.
The Air Force achieved its goal of recruiting 32,750 Active-Duty enlisted Airmen for 2026 five months ahead of schedule, military officials said this week—its biggest recruiting year in more than two decades.
