Air Force civilian employees have a month-long opportunity to review and make changes, if desired, to their federal health insurance plan when the open season for the 2006 Federal Employees Health Benefits Program starts Nov. 14. It will run to Dec. 12. And, the Office of Personnel Management says that the average premium increase for 2006 is the lowest in nine years. For more information, click here.
