It May Reduce the Heat: According to Agence France Presse news service, officials from Greece and Turkey planned to sign an agreement that would establish a crisis management hotline for the air forces of the two countries. Last month’s mid-air collision, in which a Greek pilot died, spurred the new accommodation.
