According to the Grand Forks (N.D.) Herald, the 319th Air Refueling Wing at Grand Forks AFB, N.D., now has its first female commander. Col. William Bender turned over command to Col. Diane Hull on Tuesday. Hull has been serving as the director of operations at the Tanker Airlift Control Center at Scott AFB, Ill.
