The US Air Force continues its assistance to the Pakistani government, airlifting supplies into the region on Saturday and Sunday. Three Air Force C-130s, a C-17, and a contracted B-747 flew in more than 200,000 pounds of medical equipment, aircraft parts, and various supplies requested by the Pakistanis. As of Nov. 14, the Air Force has airlifted more than 7.5 million pounds of supplies to Pakistan.
Space Force Gen. Michael A. Guetlein, the director of the Pentagon’s Golden Dome program, warned that without the Defense Department’s $350 billion reconciliation request, the homeland missile defense effort is in dire straits.
