Gen. Michael Moseley, Air Force Chief of Staff, and Lt. Gen. Daniel James III, director of the Air National Guard, addressed senior ANG leaders at a three-day conference in Baltimore. After the brouhaha over the 2005 BRAC initiatives, it must have been an interesting session. He urged them to think about “what the fight looks like 20 years from now.” James vowed to continue to “transform this organization to meet the needs for the defense of this country.” He emphasized that ANG “must be seen as part of the solution to the changing Air Force.”
