The USAF winners are: Arnold AFB, Tenn., for Natural Resources Conservation; Gary O’Donnell of Hickam AFB, Hawaii, for Individual/Team Cultural Resources Management; Tinker AFB, Okla., for Environmental Quality in an Industrial Installation; and Dover AFB, Del., for Installation Environmental Restoration.
