Fifty-eight airmen of the 820th RED HORSE civil engineering unit at Nellis AFB, Nev., have deployed to Nicaragua as part of US Southern Command’s New Horizons exercise, during which they will work with other US military members to construct a school and medical clinic in the Carazo District.
