Lt. Gen. John F. Regni is headed to the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo., where, as superintendent, he will be expected to help turn around a school with more than its share of problems recently. If confirmed by the Senate, Regni, who currently is the commander of Air University at Maxwell AFB, Ala., would replace Lt. Gen. John W.
