Airmen assigned to Headquarters Air Force will now wear as their daily attire either the battle dress uniform or flight suit, as their status dictates. So says an Air Force statement released on Tuesday. Lt. Gen. Arthur Lichte, USAF assistant vice chief of staff, says the change will “serve as a constant reminder to us and those who we come in contact with that our job is to support our fellow warriors.” Airmen assigned to the Pentagon will wear the woodland pattern BDU or green flight suit.
