Peter B. Teets, acting Secretary of the Air Force, resigns. He has served as undersecretary of the Air Force, director of the National Reconnaissance Office, and DOD executive agent for space since late 2001 and, in addition, assumed the role of acting Secretary on Jan. 20, 2005.
