The Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Agency has activated its special operations forces-dedicated group, the 361st ISR Group, at Hurlburt Field, Fla., the home of Air Force Special Operations Command. AFISR, the former Air Intelligence Agency, is headquartered at Lackland AFB, Tex., and is aligned under the Air Staff’s A2/Deputy Chief of Staff for ISR. AFISR has been incorporating intelligence units and creating new organizations since its official activation in June 2007. (AFISR photo release by SrA. Sheila deVera)
