Gen. Adrian L. Spain is the Commander, Air Combat Command, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. He is responsible for organizing, training, equipping and maintaining combat-ready air, cyberspace and electromagnetic spectrum forces for rapid deployment and employment.

The command operates more than 1,600 aircraft, 36 wings, 12 bases and 1,371 units at more than 263 operating locations worldwide with 155,205 total force military and civilian personnel.

Gen. Spain entered the Air Force in 1994 through the ROTC program, graduating from Villanova University. He accumulated more than 2,150 flight hours, deploying and serving in joint positions extensively. Prior to ACC, he served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations at HQ USAF.

Gen. Stephen L. Davis is Commander, Air Force Global Strike Command and Commander, Air Forces Strategic-Air, U.S. Strategic Command, Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. AFGSC provides strategic deterrence, global strike capability and combat support to USSTRATCOM and other geographic combatant commands.

The command comprises more than 36,400 professionals at two numbered air forces, 12 active duty/ANG/AFRC wings, and the Joint Global Strike Operations Center. Weapons systems include all USAF ICBMs, bomber aircraft, UH-1N/MH-139 helicopters, E-4B National Airborne Operations Center, and the USAF NC3 weapon system.

Gen. Davis was commissioned in 1989 after graduating from Officer Training School. He has commanded a Minuteman III ICBM wing (91st MW) and the nation’s only ICBM flight test squadron (576th FTS). Staff assignments span Air Force Space Command, the Air Staff, USSTRATCOM, the Joint Staff, and the National Nuclear Security Administration. Prior to AFGSC, he served as The Inspector General for the Department of the Air Force.

Gen. Kenneth S. Wilsbach is the Chief of Staff of the Air Force. As Chief, he serves as the senior uniformed Air Force officer responsible for organizing, training and equipping approximately 665,000 active-duty, Guard, Reserve and civilian forces. As a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, he advises the Secretary of War, National Security Council, and the President.

Gen. Wilsbach commissioned in 1985 as a distinguished graduate of the University of Florida’s ROTC program and earned his pilot wings in 1986. He has commanded a fighter squadron, operations group, two wings, two numbered air forces, two major commands, and held various staff assignments including Director of Operations at the Combined Air Operations Center and USCENTCOM.

Lt. Gen. Clark J. Quinn is Commander, Air Education and Training Command, JBSA-Randolph, Texas. He is responsible for the recruitment, training and education of Air and Space Force personnel. His command includes Air Force Accessions Center, two numbered air forces and Air University. AETC operates 1,400+ trainer, fighter and mobility aircraft, 24 wings and 11 installations, training more than 293,000 students per year with ~60,000 active duty, Reserve, Guard, civilian and contractor personnel.

Lt. Gen. Quinn earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida in 1991 and was commissioned through Officer Training School in 1993. He is a command pilot with 3,100+ flight hours supporting six combat operations. Prior to AETC command, he served as AETC Deputy Commander and commander of Nineteenth Air Force.

Lt. Gen. John P. Healy is the dual-hatted Chief of Air Force Reserve, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Arlington, Virginia, and Commander, Air Force Reserve Command, Robins AFB, Georgia. As Chief, he serves as principal adviser on reserve matters to the Secretary of the Air Force and the CSAF. As Commander, he has full responsibility for the supervision of all Air Force Reserve units worldwide.

Lt. Gen. Healy was commissioned through ROTC at the University of Connecticut in 1989 and was part of the initial cadre for the C-17 Globemaster III program. He has commanded at the squadron, vice wing, and Numbered Air Force levels, with joint experience at USCENTCOM and USEUCOM.

Lt. Gen. Michael E. Conley is the Commander, Air Force Special Operations Command, Hurlburt Field, Florida. AFSOC is the Air Force component of U.S. Special Operations Command, providing Air Force special operations forces for worldwide deployment and assignment to unified combatant commanders. Maj. Gen. Duke A. Pirak serves as Acting Director, Air National Guard, the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia. He is responsible for formulating, developing, and coordinating all policies, plans and programs affecting 108,400 Air National Guard Airmen and civilians across 90 wings and 180 installations in 159 communities throughout all 50 states, D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.
