Gen. Adrian L. Spain is the Commander, Air Combat Command, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. He is responsible for organizing, training, equipping and maintaining combat-ready air, cyberspace and electromagnetic spectrum forces for rapid deployment and employment.
The command operates more than 1,600 aircraft, 36 wings, 12 bases and 1,371 units at more than 263 operating locations worldwide with 155,205 total force military and civilian personnel.
Gen. Spain entered the Air Force in 1994 through the ROTC program, graduating from Villanova University. He accumulated more than 2,150 flight hours, deploying and serving in joint positions extensively. Prior to ACC, he served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations at HQ USAF.

Gen. Stephen L. Davis is Commander, Air Force Global Strike Command and Commander, Air Forces Strategic-Air, U.S. Strategic Command, Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. AFGSC provides strategic deterrence, global strike capability and combat support to USSTRATCOM and other geographic combatant commands.
The command comprises more than 36,400 professionals at two numbered air forces, 12 active duty/ANG/AFRC wings, and the Joint Global Strike Operations Center. Weapons systems include all USAF ICBMs, bomber aircraft, UH-1N/MH-139 helicopters, E-4B National Airborne Operations Center, and the USAF NC3 weapon system.
Gen. Davis was commissioned in 1989 after graduating from Officer Training School. He has commanded a Minuteman III ICBM wing (91st MW) and the nation’s only ICBM flight test squadron (576th FTS). Staff assignments span Air Force Space Command, the Air Staff, USSTRATCOM, the Joint Staff, and the National Nuclear Security Administration. Prior to AFGSC, he served as The Inspector General for the Department of the Air Force.

Gen. Kenneth S. Wilsbach is the Chief of Staff of the Air Force. As Chief, he serves as the senior uniformed Air Force officer responsible for organizing, training and equipping approximately 665,000 active-duty, Guard, Reserve and civilian forces. As a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, he advises the Secretary of War, National Security Council, and the President.
Gen. Wilsbach commissioned in 1985 as a distinguished graduate of the University of Florida’s ROTC program and earned his pilot wings in 1986. He has commanded a fighter squadron, operations group, two wings, two numbered air forces, two major commands, and held various staff assignments including Director of Operations at the Combined Air Operations Center and USCENTCOM.
Gen. Wilsbach is a command pilot with more than 6,200 hours primarily in the F-15C, F-16C, MC-12 and F-22A, and has flown 71 combat missions in Operations Northern Watch, Southern Watch, and Enduring Freedom.

Lt. Gen. Linda S. Hurry is Commander, Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The command employs approximately 89,000 people and manages $81 billion of budget authority annually, responsible for installation and mission support, discovery and development, test and evaluation, life cycle management and sustainment of virtually every major Air Force weapon system, including the entire scope of nuclear weapons sustainment.
Lt. Gen. Hurry graduated from the Air Force Academy in 1991. She previously served as AFMC Deputy Commander (January 2024) and Interim Commander (July 2025) before her Senate-confirmed appointment as Commander effective January 30, 2026. Prior to AFMC, she served as Director of Logistics, HQ USAF, the Pentagon.

Gen. John D. Lamontagne served as Commander, Air Mobility Command, Scott AFB, Illinois from September 2024 to February 2026, when he was nominated to serve as the 42nd Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force. AMC serves as USTRANSCOM’s air component, executing the air mobility mission — airlift, air refueling, aeromedical evacuation, and contingency response — in support of the joint force, allies, and partners worldwide with ~107,000 Airmen and 1,100+ aircraft.
Gen. Lamontagne commissioned in 1992 from the Air Force Academy and earned pilot wings in 1993 from Reese AFB, Texas. He is a career mobility pilot who has commanded an airlift squadron, operations group, wing, Air Operations Center, and major command, with joint assignments including Deputy Director J-5 on the Joint Staff and Chief of Staff, U.S. European Command.

Gen. Kevin B. Schneider is Commander, Pacific Air Forces and Air Component Commander, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, JB Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. PACAF is responsible for Air Force activities spread over half the globe, supporting 46,000+ Airmen in Japan, South Korea, Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam.
Gen. Schneider earned his commission from the Air Force Academy in 1988. He is a graduate of the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training Program and the USAF Weapons School. He commanded at squadron, group, and wing levels including a combat wing in USCENTCOM. Prior to PACAF, he was Director of Staff, Headquarters Air Force, the Pentagon.

Lt. Gen. Jason T. Hinds is the Commander, U.S. Air Forces in Europe; Commander, U.S. Air Forces Africa; Commander, Allied Air Command; and Director, Joint Air Power Competence Centre, headquartered at Ramstein AB, Germany. He leads the air component to USEUCOM and USAFRICOM across 104 nations in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Arctic/Atlantic regions.
Lt. Gen. Hinds received his commission from Florida State University in 1996. An F-22 pilot and USAF Weapons School instructor, he previously commanded the 1st Fighter Wing at JB Langley-Eustis and the 94th Fighter Squadron. He served as Deputy Commander of USAFE-AFAFRICA from September 2024 before assuming command on October 31, 2025.

Lt. Gen. Clark J. Quinn is Commander, Air Education and Training Command, JBSA-Randolph, Texas. He is responsible for the recruitment, training and education of Air and Space Force personnel. His command includes Air Force Accessions Center, two numbered air forces and Air University. AETC operates 1,400+ trainer, fighter and mobility aircraft, 24 wings and 11 installations, training more than 293,000 students per year with ~60,000 active duty, Reserve, Guard, civilian and contractor personnel.
Lt. Gen. Quinn earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida in 1991 and was commissioned through Officer Training School in 1993. He is a command pilot with 3,100+ flight hours supporting six combat operations. Prior to AETC command, he served as AETC Deputy Commander and commander of Nineteenth Air Force.

Lt. Gen. John P. Healy is the dual-hatted Chief of Air Force Reserve, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Arlington, Virginia, and Commander, Air Force Reserve Command, Robins AFB, Georgia. As Chief, he serves as principal adviser on reserve matters to the Secretary of the Air Force and the CSAF. As Commander, he has full responsibility for the supervision of all Air Force Reserve units worldwide.
Lt. Gen. Healy was commissioned through ROTC at the University of Connecticut in 1989 and was part of the initial cadre for the C-17 Globemaster III program. He has commanded at the squadron, vice wing, and Numbered Air Force levels, with joint experience at USCENTCOM and USEUCOM.

Lt. Gen. Michael E. Conley is the Commander, Air Force Special Operations Command, Hurlburt Field, Florida. AFSOC is the Air Force component of U.S. Special Operations Command, providing Air Force special operations forces for worldwide deployment and assignment to unified combatant commanders. The command has approximately 20,800 active-duty, Reserve, ANG, and civilian professionals.
Lt. Gen. Conley received his commission through the U.S. Air Force Academy in May 1996. A special operations aviator with 2,400+ flight hours, he has operational experience in the UH-1N, MH-53, and CV-22, with the majority of his career in special operations aviation. He has commanded a squadron, wing, and multiple deployed special operations air components. Prior to AFSOC command, he served as Director of Operations at Headquarters AFSOC.

Maj. Gen. Duke A. Pirak serves as Acting Director, Air National Guard, the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia. He is responsible for formulating, developing, and coordinating all policies, plans and programs affecting 108,400 Air National Guard Airmen and civilians across 90 wings and 180 installations in 159 communities throughout all 50 states, D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.
A graduate of the University of Washington commissioned in 1996, he is a Top Academic Graduate of the U.S. Air Force Weapons School, Distinguished Graduate of the National War College, and a joint qualified officer. He has commanded at the squadron, group, and wing level in both PACAF and ACC. Lt. Gen. (sel.) Thomas M. Suelzer was nominated to become the next director on Dec. 18, 2025.
