Hurricane-affected veterans in areas with no mail delivery can pick up replacement checks at any Veterans Affairs Regional Office, or call 1-800-827-1000, say VA officials. They note, too, that replacement checks are not available at VA hospitals.
The rate of building B-21 bombers would speed up if the fiscal 2026 defense budget passes. But it remains unclear how much capacity would be added, and whether the Air Force would simply build the bombers faster, or buy more.
