Andrea Porter reports that Wooley is the sixth AFSOC commander to be inducted into the order. A special guest at the ceremony, retired CMSAF James Binnicker, said of Wooley, “I have seen a lot of general officers in my life … I have not seen any that would equal his compassion, his interest and love for his enlisted corps.”
