A federal judge has ordered the Defense Department to give him more time to consider a lawsuit challenging the rollout of its new National Security Personnel System, directing DOD to delay the rollout of the system until March 1. No sweat, since Pentagon officials just last week postponed Phase 1 rollout until April 30.
The Space Development Agency says it’s on track to issue its next batch of missile warning and tracking satellite contracts this month after those awards were delayed by the Pentagon’s decision to divert funds from the agency to pay troops during this fall’s prolonged government shutdown.
