Offensive?: Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell on Monday renewed his promise to keep the A-10s of the Pennsylvania ANG’s 111th Fighter Wing at their NAS Willow Grove home. Rendell has ordered his adjutant general not to allow the aircraft to be removed. The Pentagon has the next move, but there’s no certainty that DOD is in any rush.
