Those US Air Forces in Europe F-16s that dropped in on Serbia recently were from the 555th Fighter Squadron, Aviano AB, Italy, according to Air Force journalist SrA. Sarah Gregory. Two 555th FS pilots and several Aviano F-16 maintenance and security forces airmen visited with Serbian airmen at Batajnica AB, Serbia, for two days. Naturally, they all talked shop—Americans on their F-16s and Serbians on their MiGs.
