The full US Court of Appeals sided with DOD and against the unions over the issue of collective bargaining rights in the new National Security Personnel System. A three-judge panel favored DOD in May, but the coalition of unions appealed to the full court. Now, they plan to seek a review in the Supreme Court, reports Government Executive. Despite the earlier judicial ruling, however, Congress appeared inclined to “fix” the labor relations portion of NSPS.
