Nine airmen from Soto Cano AB, Honduras, have deployed as part of Joint Task Force-Bravo supporting post-Hurricane Stan relief efforts in Guatemala. The JTF is based out of Guatemala City’s international airport. Pentagon officials say it has been flying relief operations since Oct. 7, delivering more than 425,000 pounds of food, medical supplies, and equipment.
Anduril and General Atomics will develop their Collaborative Combat Aircraft for the Air Force, beating out Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Northrop Grumman, the service announced on April 24. But any of the non-selected companies can compete to actually manufacture the eventual design the Air Force said.
