Air Force Reserve Command’s 326th Airlift Squadron at Dover AFB, Del., dispatched an aircrew flying a Dover C-17 to deliver 18,000 pounds of humanitarian supplies to Nicaragua last week. Included in the haul were desks, chairs, file cabinets, and books for a new library at Ave Maria University’s Latin American Campus, which is a US-accredited school in the Carazo region. The Naples, Fla.-based university arranged delivery of the material through the Denton Program, jointly run by US Agency for International Development and the State and Defense Departments.
