Joint Forces Command released an unclassified version of a two-year-in-the-making report of Operation Iraqi Freedom from the viewpoint of Saddam Hussein and his military leaders. It’s the first report of its kind, said JFCOM officials, since World War II. A JFCOM team dug through the decision-making process by conducting interviews, examining orders, looking at maps and studying strategy to come up with the Iraqi Perspective Project report.
