President George W. Bush is scheduled to give a speech on the war on terror March 27 at the National Museum of the United States Air Force on the grounds of Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The speech will be an invitation-only event and the museum will be closed to the general public for the day. The museum has the world’s largest display of military aviation. The Space Development Agency says it’s on track to issue its next batch of missile warning and tracking satellite contracts this month after those awards were delayed by the Pentagon’s decision to divert funds from the agency to pay troops during this fall’s prolonged government shutdown.
