China and India have agreed to pursue military exchanges, according to various Asian news sources. (What must Pakistan be thinking?) That’s a more certain outcome than US defense officials have been able to achieve. Adm. William Fallon, head of US Pacific Command, who met with Chinese defense officials recently, has extended an open invitation for military-to-military cooperative endeavors.
