The National Museum of the US Air Force in Dayton, Ohio, plans to put on exhibit 60 pieces to showcase a different significant event in the Air Force’s 60 years of history. The exhibit opens Oct. 17 and will run through October 2007. The service celebrates its 60th anniversary on Sept. 18, 2007.
