Maj. Gen. K.C. McClain has replaced Maj. Gen. Anthony Przybyslawski as the commander of Air Force Personnel Center at Randolph AFB, Tex. McClain, who has spent most of her 30 years in the service in personnel, had been serving on the Air Staff as director of force management policy.
