Fallon Opens Door to Chinese Military: During his recent visit with Chinese officials, US Pacific Command’s Adm. William Fallon said he issued an invitation to Chinese military officials to observe a US military exercise next month on Guam, according to the Los Angeles Times. Fallon has been pushing for military exchanges with China since taking his post as PACOM commander more than a year ago.
