The top enlisted man in the Air Force took a turn loading one of the guns on an Air Force Special Operations Command AC-130H gunship during an orientation flight out of Hurlburt Field, Fla., last week. CMSAF Rodney McKinley called the three days he spent with special operators an “amazing” learning experience. During an enlisted call, McKinley found the airmen highly interested in this summer’s rollout of a new enlisted performance report system that he said would require less time and be “easier to accomplish.”
In a rare letter to the entire force, Chief of Staff of the Air Force Gen. Kenneth S. Wilsbach is telling Airmen to stay ready to support Operation Epic Fury, the massive U.S. operation against Iran.
