Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez, addressing disabled American veterans at their convention in Chicago, says that the Justice Department now has a Web site to help address “some of the worries” facing National Guard and Reserve members when they return to civilian life from extended active duty. The site lays out the rights that law says employers must follow and addresses what a reservist can do if they feel the laws are not being followed.
