A new Gallup Poll shows that Americans still view the war in Iraq and terrorism as the top two priorities for Congress and the Administration. An overwhelming 47 percent of survey respondents cited the war in Iraq as their top “unprompted” concern. Gallup pollsters simply asked what should be the top priorities. Ranking second was terrorism or national security at 20 percent.
