As we reported Monday, there is now at Vandenberg AFB, Calif., the Ronald W. Reagan Missile Defense Site, comprising four silos, two of which house interceptor missiles as part of the nation’s ballistic missile defense umbrella and two that will serve primarily as test facilities.
