The Museum of Aviation in Warner Robins, Ga., received national accreditation from the American Association of Museums. AAM accreditation places the museum in a group of only nine aviation museums in the country that have met the association’s standards of achievement. It has more than 100 aircraft and missiles on display, drawing more than 500,000 visitors annually.
A few weeks after the Air Force announced its prestigious William Tell Air-to-Air Weapons Meet would return in March, the service has decided to postpone the event to later this year, according to Air Combat Command.
